If you are a client:

As a client, there are three main concerns while dealing with talents and service providers. Getting a good service, trustworthiness and a budget, on top of making sure that your event still goes on no matter what the circumstances are. With reviews and ratings, choosing a talent is now easy. Problems such as last minute cancellations or no-show by talent or service provider can be avoided. As all talents and service providers under Donedeal are bound and fully committed to fulfill the job once the deal has been confirmed using our App.

If you are a talent or service provider:

As talent or service providers, getting hired, requesting a deposit and collecting the final payment will be your main concerns. With Donedeal, you can ask for a deposit of up to 100%, even before the event started. This will enable you to concentrate on preparing your task. Now, you can avoid problematic clients. How? With your credit entitlement, which is stated in your profile for everyone to see, collecting deposit up to 100% is not an issue anymore. And, if a client doesn’t want to pay your requested deposit, it should raise a red flag whether you want to continue dealing with them or not. With Donedeal, it is easy to identify a genuine client.

It is a platform for clients, talents and service providers to negotiate a deal in a safe environment. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that talent is able to receive payment up to 100% even before the job commences. As for the client, we would like to ensure the job and the deposit are protected.

Client” means a legal or natural person who has an Account and requires or will require Talent Services from a Talent and “Clients” shall mean two or more of them. 

Talent” means a natural person who has an Account and provides or will provide Talent Services and “Talents” shall mean two or more of them. The Talent Services may be performed by a minor who is below 18 years old provided that his/her legal guardian has an Account and is therefore bound by the Terms herein and is fully liable for the actions and omissions of the minor. The term “Talent” and “Talents” shall therefore include such legal guardian and minor. 

Talent Services” means the services purchased or agreed to be purchased by a Client and provided or agreed to be provided by a Talent.

Yes. It is free to download.

Yes, 10% system fees for any confirmed deal between a client and talent or service provider.

Talent and service provider.

It is from the total agreed job payment between client and talent or service provider. 

Eg. Job pay is RM100 +10% fees = RM 110.00

With credits available at their disposal, talent or service provider is now entitled to request a deposit from the client up to 100%.

Yes, it is 100% refundable for unlocked or unused credit balance.

  1. Client have the next day 24 hrs to bank in to talent  and attached proof of payment in the system. Unable to do so, the deal is considered unsuccessful. 
  2. Talent can request a refund from their purchased credit.

Normal online bank transfer directly to purchaser bank account.

No. All payments from the client will be paid directly to the talent/service provider

The amount is between client and talent/service provider’s agreement and discussion

Donedeal will reimburse back 100% of what the client has paid according to the Donedeal  reimbursement system.

  1. Cancellation or no show by the talent or service provider on the event date.

  2. Talent did not respond to Donedeal 7 days system notification.

A notification that will be sent to talent or service provider on the 7th,6th & 5th day of the last 7 days before the event date. 

Example: Event date on the 8th Jan. First notification is on the 1st of Jan, the 2nd notification is on the 2nd of January and the final notification is on the 3rd of January.

No deal can be made in less than 2days from the agreed date of the intended Deal.

If the Talent or Service Provider does not reconfirm the Deal at latest by the 5th day before the agreed date of the Deal, the Client may cancel the Deal at any time thereafter provided it is before the agreed date of the Deal. 

Example: Event date on the 8th Jan. The 5th day before the event is on the 3rd of Jan.

Please note: Donedeal will not interfere with negotiations between the client and the talent or service provider on the amount to be refunded.

  1. The client must check the talent/service provider’s current credit availability before paying the deposit to the talent/service provider.
  2. In the event, the talent/service provider credit is insufficient, the client can request the talent/service provider to top up before paying the deposit to them.
  3. The client must ensure the talent/service provider credit is equivalent to or more compared to the agreed deposit before paying.

Donedeal will only reimburse back the money based on the talent/service provider guaranteed credit which are shown in the talent/service provider profile for everyone to see.

-For Talent/service provider
  1. Able to promote talent and service provider information in a single platform.
  2. Talent or service provider able to collect full payment even before the event starts/date.
  3. No more worries of cancellation or no payment from the client.
  4. Able to monitor and manage all of your current events and upcoming events.
  5. The system will allow other the talent/service provider to like and comment on their photo or video link to get a good review for the client’s extra information.
  6. A client can give feedback and stars for the talent/service provider to generate more jobs.
-For Client
  1. Have peace of mind knowing that the talent/service provider is fully committed to their task
  2. Client deposit is protected
  3. In the event when the talent/service provider cancels and no show or not responsive to 7 days notification system, Donedeal will reimburse the client’s deposit of 100% according to the Donedeal reimbursement system.
  4. With Donedeal App, clients can have adequate time to find back up the talent/service provider.
  5. Clients will still have the budget to hire new talent/service provider.
